Countries with plenty of sand and oil should be prepared, to transition, from the current combustion needs of oil, to using new mathematically derived, scientific understandings, that create new materials and substances, and with the new compression techniques of sand, into a sold structure, and coating it with a new substance, that's derived from oil that creates incredible structural benefits that keep costs down, to form newly needed objects, like personal starship frames....

All the physical material that actually exists, as a solid and fluid form, inside this universe's membrane's inner space, has existed before, outside the membrane itself, before the spheres membrane came back together again, as a result of a major event, in existences, as a result of the very first form of an existence, that was only in a solid and fluid form, that was actually physically real and could exist outside any universe, that material was trapped inside this membranes space, that's responsible for enabling a reality to be possible, as a result of mathematics and varies apparatuses that actually construct's reality itself...

A perfect sphere, located dead center of existence itself, as a result of the forces that drove and delivered the sheets, of membrane material together, that came from the opposite sides of the very forces that are being applied to existence itself, spinning in one direction perfectly, at an incredible speed, that has trapped a vast void of existences itself, that was once non-isolated from the rest of existence, that has ever existed, in all of time, and even, when time, didn't exist yet...
